I would like to thank the team L M Stacey & Sons for the outstanding job they have completed. In the time waiting for this project and indeed the weeks leading up to it, after I had been told that it was to go ahead, I was to be honest, a little worried on the sort of team that might be allocated to my project. Having had family working within the building trade I know how work schedules and quality can go a stray at times.

My fears were totally unfounded! - I have to say I was absolutely astonished at the professionalism and hard work that L M Stacey & Sons showed in the three and a half weeks that it took to finish this job.

The team were punctual, honest, friendly and at all times keen to work as hard and as efficiently as possible.

The respect they showed to my property and myself was superb, at no time did I feel that their level of positive attitude dropped anything below 100% - even when encountering the occasional snags that they did. When finding these (very few) problems they quickly found the best way of solving them.

The most reassuring thing I found was that as the project progressed, every day they would stop and in plain English explain to me how they would move forward with the next stages. It was so nice to have an understanding of what they were doing to my home of 14 years.

Not least to say, the finished extension is amazing, the quality of workmanship and attention to detail is fantastic.

I can't begin to tell you the difference this has made to me and my family's life. Also the feeling of reassurance that there is still a work force out there that are a credit to their profession - and a true asset to your operations.

Dear Sir,

Last week you installed a wet room at the above address and we felt we must contact you on the service we received. The two men Joe and Jake, who carried out the work were polite, helpful, very friendly and never stopped working. At the end of each day they left the house as tidy as possible.

We thank you not only for the new room but also for the service we recieved.

Dear Laurie, Jamie and all the contractors,

Simon and I want to thank all of you for the lovely job you did in adapting our kitchen to make it easier for simon to work within his physical limitations. We both are very pleased with the high  standard of work, the respect you gave us and the cleaning you did to leave as little inconvenience for us as possible.

You may not see the improvements in ones life and their family's lives that occurs as a result of the work that you do, but it is considerable and goes a long way to help a disabled person to accept his limitations and to work well within them. For that we will always remain very grateful.
